 👉1lb or 450g lean minced beef ›
👉 1 large onion, finely chopped ›
👉 2–3 cloves of garlic finely chopped ›
👉 1 teaspoon ginger (optional) ›
👉2 dessertspoons curry powder ›
👉1 dessertspoon cornflour or flour

👉Main Recipe:
👉1. Place the minced meat in a large bowl.
👉2. Fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
👉3. Mix the curry powder, ginger and cornflour or flour with a
little water and add to the pan. Cook for a few minutes.

👉4. Add this mixture to the mince meat and mix well.
👉5. Shape into meatballs with damp hands.
👉6. Drain any excess fat from the pan or gently pat meatballs with kitchen paper to remove any excess fat.

👉7. Fry gently for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally.
